ปัญหานี้เกิดจากไฟล์ fp4autl.dll มีปัญหาครับ วิธีแก้ง่ายๆ ให้ทำดังนี้
1. ใส่แผ่นติดตั้งวินโดวส์ XP จากนั้นเข้าไปที่โฟลเดอร์ i386
2. มองหาไฟล์ที่ชื่อว่า FP40EXT.CAB เจอแล้วดับเบิ้ลคลิกขึ้นมา
3. จะมีรายชื่อไฟล์ต่างๆ ที่ถูกบีบอัดอยู่ใน .CAB นี้แสดงขึ้นมา ให้ไล่มองหาไฟล์ที่ชื่อ fpautl.dll ที่อยู่ในรายชื่อ
4. จัดการสั่ง Extract และก็อปปี้ไฟล์ดังกล่าวไปไว้ที่โฟลเดอร์ c:program filescommon filesmicrosoft
sharedweb server extensions40bin
เสร็จแล้วลองสั่งติดตั้งโปรแกรม Office 2007 อีกครั้ง น่าจะติดตั้งได้ตามปกติแล้วครับ

* ต้องลง .NET 2.0 ด้วย

ติดตั้ง Office 2007 แล้วติดตั้งไม่ได้ โปรแกรมแจ้งว่า
“The windows installer service cannot update one or more protected windows files.”

ปัญหานี้เกิดจากการรับรองดิจิตัลของระบบไมล์โครซอฟซึ่งที่ท่านกำลังติดตั้งอยุ่นั้นเป็นของปลอม

วิธีแก้มีดังนี้..
1. ดาวน์โหลดไฟล์ www.4shared.com/file/82205010/768de891/fixOffice2007.html
2. ติดตั้งโปรแกรม ตามข้อ 1 ให้เรียบร้อย
3. ทำการติดตั้งใหม่

เท่านี้ก็จะติดตั้งได้แล้วละครับ

วิธีใช้คร่าวๆ นะครับ

1. แตกไฟล์ที่โหลดออกมา copy ไฟล์ 30F7.bin ใส่ในแฟลชไดร์ฟ  (ในแฟลชไดร์ฟไม่ควรมีข้อมูลอื่นอยู่ด้วยนะครับ)

2. ถอดแบตกับสายอะแดปเตอร์ออก

3. เสียบแฟลชไดร์ฟเข้าเครื่อง

4. กดปุ่มวินโดวส์ (ปุ่มที่กดแล้วตัวสตาร์ทเมนูจะเด้งขึ้นอะครับ) พร้อมกับปุ่ม B ค้างไว้

5. เสียบสายอะแดปเตอร์เข้ากับตัวเครื่อง

6. กดปุ่ม power เปิดเครื่อง

7. รอและสังเกตที่แฟลชไดร์ฟ ถ้าไฟขึ้นให้ปล่อยมือจากปุ่ม วินโดวส์+B ได้

8. รอไปเรื่อยประมาณหนึ่งนาที บางเครื่องจะมีเสียงไม่เป็นไรนะครับพอเสร็จมันจะรีสตาร์ทเครื่องให้เอง

จิ้มตรงนี้ เพื่อ download

1. นำไฟล์ที่ได้ไป ใส่ ใน FlashDrive (ไฟล์ชื่อ 30F7.BIN)

1.1 UMA Onboard (TU) ใช้ไฟล์ใน Folder W30F7F12

1.2 Discrete (TX) ใช้ไฟล์ใน Folder W30F7F04

1.3 Files name 30F7.BIN

ใน FlashDrive ห้ามมีข้อมูลใดๆ นอกจากไฟล์ 30F7.BIN

*ถ้ากรณีที่ เราใช้ไฟลดังกล่าวแล้วไม่ได้ผล ให้ทำการโหลดไฟล์ BIOS (Winflash) จากเว็บ HP ให้ตรงตามรุ่น แล้วทำการ Extract ไฟล์ออกด้วยโปรแกรม Winrar Extract จำนวน 2 ครั้ง แล้วใน Folder สุดท้ายที่ Extract ออกมา ให้หาไฟล์ชื่อ 30F7Fxx.FD (xx = Version นั้นๆ) ถ้าใน Folder นั้นมีไฟล์ 2 ตัวเช่น 30F7FxxU.FD, 30F7FxxD.FD ให้ใช้ตามรุ่นนั้นๆ คือ U=TU, D=TX แล้วทำการ Rename ให้เป็นชื่อ 30F7.BIN แล้วทำตามขั้นตอนต่อไป

2. ถอดแบต กับ อแดปเตอร์

3. เสียบ FlashDrive ในข้อ 1 เข้าเครื่อง

4. กดปุ่ม Windows+B พร้อมกัน

5. เสียบ อแดปเตอร์ (ยังกดปุ่ม Windows+B อยู่)

6. กดปุ่ม Power เพื่อเปิดเครื่อง (ยังกดปุ่ม Windows+B อยู่)

7. รอไฟที่ FlashDrive ทำงาน แล้วค่อยปล่อยปุ่ม Windows+B

8. รอเครื่องดับเอง (ระหว่างนั้น เครื่องบางรุ่นอาจจะมีเสียงร้องของ BIOS เป็นปกตินะครับ)
